To me, it means creating a real-world experience for students so they learn and "do" at the same time in an environment similar to what they would experience in their everyday life.
ReplyDeleteAlthough there are skills and fundamentals that must be learned for any discipline, project-based learning provides superior motivation and answers that ubiquitous question: "When are we ever going to use this in real life?" Project-based learning minimizes the artificial nature of education.
